Many mobile brands have launched their new phones this month, and how could Oppo stay behind? Oppo has also confirmed that it is going to launch its new smartphone Oppo F35 series in India on October 5th at 12:00 PM. In this series, mainly two mobile phones are going to be launched the Oppo F35 5G and the Oppo F35 Pro 5G which are set to be significantly better than the older Oppo F33 5G.

However, I noticed one thing that is quite similar between these two phones: the back design of the Oppo F35 resembles the Vivo S2 by almost 90%, whereas the Oppo F35 Pro looks identical to the older Oppo F33 series. It doesn’t feel like Oppo has made major changes to the design of this phone. Apart from that, we are going to get some pretty interesting features in both of these new phones.
Confirmed specs of Oppo F35 and Oppo F35 pro
Anyway friends, Oppo has officially revealed some specifications for the Oppo F35 and F35 Pro, particularly detailing their cameras. Oppo shared that the Oppo F35 features a 50-megapixel main camera, while the Pro model also comes with a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support allowing you to record much clearer, stable, and overall better videos compared to the standard F35. Additionally, the second camera on the Oppo F35 is a 2-megapixel portrait depth sensor, which is quite useful. When taking portraits or selfies, this sensor calculates distance, color, and subject depth to accurately separate you from the background and apply a natural blur automatically, creating clean and visually appealing photos. On the Pro model, you also get an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera that captures a wider field of view during photo and video recording. As for the third sensor, it seems to be a dummy lens, as no official details or megapixel specs have been disclosed regarding its functionality. Lastly, both models feature a 50-megapixel FOV ultra-wide front camera for selfies, and you can easily record videos in 4K resolution using these setups.

Specs according to Leaks & Rumours
According to leaks and rumors, both the Oppo F35 5G and Oppo F35 Pro may feature a 6.57-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring a buttery-smooth, fast, and responsive touch experience with seamless on screen movement. Looking at the processors, the Oppo F35 is expected to retain the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 chipset seen in the previous Oppo F33, featuring a clock speed of up to 2.4 GHz. As a mid-range processor, it may not offer a stable 60 FPS gaming experience, but it should deliver smooth, stable performance at around 40 FPS in games like BGMI. On the other hand, the Oppo F35 Pro is expected to pack the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7360 processor, which is a significant upgrade over the older F33, F33 Pro, and standard F35. Delivering performance comparable to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1,

this chip features a 2.5 GHz clock speed and supports up to 90 FPS gaming in BGMI, providing stable gameplay at around 60 FPS. Built on an energy-efficient 4nm process architecture, this processor achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score of around 8,98,411 balancing low power consumption with impressive performance.
Apart from that, the biggest upgrade I noticed in this phone is its battery, which is significantly larger compared to the previous version. Where the older model featured a 7,000mAh battery, this new phone packs a massive 8,000mAh battery. With such a high capacity, you can enjoy long gaming sessions or watch videos for hours on a single charge. It also comes with 80W fast charging, which can juice up your phone to 50% in just 20 minutes. We can expect the exact same battery capacity and fast-charging setup on the Oppo F35 Pro as well. Additionally, for protection against dust and water, both phones come with an IP69k rating.
Final Verdict
Anyway, if we look at this phone, we get to see two or three major changes. First, we see some design modifications that make it a bit different from the older version and look quite attractive as well. The second upgrade we see here is in its battery you are getting a significantly larger battery compared to the F33.
As for the expected pricing of this phone in India, the standard F35 model could land somewhere between ₹35,000 and ₹40,000, while the Pro version might come in around ₹45,000 to ₹50,000. Both of these are going to be mid-range phones.
These devices will be a better option for users who are into videography, photography, casual gaming, content creation, and light video editing. However, if you want a phone for professional tasks such as live streaming, heavy gaming, or high-end competitive performance then these phones might not be the right choice, and I would suggest looking at other options.
