Deep Dive & Review
1.Looks & Design And Colour
Friends, if we talk about the looks, design, and color of Samsung Galaxy M47 5G, then yaar these are so good. But before that, let’s talk about what all you get in the box if you buy this phone. So you don’t get much in the box. You get a SIM ejector pin, along with a Type C data cable and a manual guideline, and along with that you get the phone. As for the charger, you’ll have to buy that separately from outside because Samsung doesn’t give a charger with any of its phones. You’ll have to buy the charger separately. Now if we talk about the looks, design, and color of this phone, you get two color options in it. First is Blaze Blue and second is Rogue Red, and believe me, both these colors look quite attractive and eye-catching. The phone looks very beautiful. Why? Because its outer frame design is made of plastic that comes with a matte finish, due to which its outer body looks quite shiny, and because of that it looks quite attractive. It feels like we are using some premium phone. That’s the feel it gives in the hands. Now let’s talk about how it feels to hold this phone in hand. So friends, its edges are rounded on all four sides, due to which the grip in hand is quite good, so the phone doesn’t slip, and despite having such a big 6000 mAh battery, believe me, this phone feels quite light in the hands, so you can easily use this phone with one hand. Apart from that, this phone gives you IP64 water and dust resistance if this phone gets a light splash or falls in light water, nothing happens to it, but if this phone falls into deep water or a lot of water, it can get damaged.
2. Display & Resolution
In this Samsung model, you get a 6.7 inch Full HD AMOLED Display that offers immersive and visual experience with vibrant colors and great quality. This phone gives you 800 nits of peak brightness, which is not very high but is decent. You’ll get good visibility indoors, and you’ll be able to use the phone quite well without any issues.
But when you use the phone in sunlight, you might face a bit of a problem, because the screen may not look as clear, since 800 nits peak brightness is quite low. On the other hand, there’s a new Realme phone, the Realme Narzo 100X 5G, which gives you 1200 nits of peak brightness, so you get good visibility whether you use the phone indoors or outdoors. So Samsung should have improved a bit here they should have given a bit more peak brightness. Apart from that, everything else felt decent to me.
this phone gives you a 120Hz Refresh Rate, which is quite good. The screen runs quite smoothly at this refresh rate, no issues there. And if we talk about screen protection, the screen has Gorilla Glass Victus protection, which makes the screen quite strong. Even if the phone falls, the display doesn’t get damaged easily it becomes quite durable.
Talking about the color quality of the display, it’s quite good, giving you a premium phone feel, because this phone has an AMOLED display. AMOLED is considered a very good display, with good visibility and a colorful screen. This display supports up to 2340×1080 resolution, and the pixel density is around 387 PPI, which is quite good. No doubt there are a few shortcomings, but overall the display is good.
3. Hardware & Performance
In this phone, we get a fairly good processor. Samsung didn’t use its own processor here and instead used a Qualcomm processor — the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. This kind of processor is mostly used in phones that are lower than mid-range, more like low-level phones. It comes with a 2.4 GHz clock speed, which is good for normal use, but the gaming experience isn’t that great, because when I ran BGMI on it, I didn’t even get stability at 60FPS — the frames kept going up and down. And as soon as the phone heats up, problems like lag start showing up
I also did the AnTuTu test on this phone, and you can see the result below.

4. Rear & Front Camera
Both the rear and front cameras of this phone are good. The camera comes with OIS support. You get a 50 megapixel main camera, which lets you record 4K video easily. The photos you take with this camera can be posted directly on social media, because the photos and videos come out really well. On the back, along with the main camera, you also get a 5 megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, there’s a 12 megapixel selfie camera, which can record video in 1080 resolution, and the photos from it are also clear and good. But since the phone doesn’t have a telephoto camera, there is one problem when we zoom into a photo, it starts to look blurry or broken. Overall, though, the camera is good.
5. Battery & Charging
Apart from that, this phone has a very big battery 6000mAh with 45 watt fast charging. It charges the phone to 100% in 90 minutes. If you fully charge it to 100% once, it will last for one to one and a half days. But if you play games on it continuously, it will give you an average of 5 to 6 hours.
6. Software
This Samsung phone comes with Android 16 version, which is based on ONE UI 8.5. And Samsung has done one thing really well here it promises 6 years of continuous Android updates and 6 years of security updates. Most other brands right now, like Realme, Vivo, and Oppo, give updates for only 3 to 4 years in their phones, compared to which this is many times better.
7. Price & Variants
Samsung Galaxy M47 5G comes with 3 different prices and variants, such as
| Price | Variant |
| ₹25,999 | 6GB Ram / 128GB Storage |
| ₹28,999 | 8GB Ram / 128GB Storage |
| ₹33,999 | 8GB Ram / 256GB Storage |
*Conclusion & Recommendation*
Overall, if we look at it, the phone is quite good for those users who want normal use and want to play light games like BGMI. They can buy this pocket-fit budget phone without any worry. Buy Now
